Tight and more tighter

The economic belt has been tight  many people’ waists nowadays, include me too.  I try to live in the recycle world, reuse every thing as much as I can, but only the toilet paper that I promise myself I will never reuse it.  I swear!

How can the whole world will survive in the tight economic?  That is the biggest concerning for all of us.  I try to focus on the positive side more than the negative, and be happy.  If the happy heart can survive longer, why should I want to live shorter by have unhappy heart all the time?   So, I answer to myself, “Just hang in there until the good economic days come back”.  Keep smile, although the upper lip is now very dry and sticks on the front teeth, must keep on with that smiling.

One thing I have learned that the suffering is the best teacher and the best trainer for human to be a good fighter, and to survive longer too.  If we look in the river, all fishes swim against the strong currents, only dead fishes float with no direction, and finally sink to the bottom of the river.
For me, living in the cheap way and dealing with the bad economic is not much scary. I have a lot of fun, and learn a lot of good things in “How to be cheap”.

When I go shopping, I like to spend time look around to compare the price, the quality of items that I want to buy.  My motto has been change from “Get the best quality in the reasonable price” to be “Get the best quality and the cheapest price.”  So, I’m not shy to stand next to the cleaning stuffs’ shelf  to  compare each dish detergent bottle to find out which one has more drops by the level line close to the cap ( If it is possible I would like to count all molecules in each bottle too).  However, many items that I can’t open to compare the quality inside like tuna can, so I have to pick the can by the price, or on sale.  It would be extra work for the store, if I open tuna can just to find out which can has the biggest chucks in there before I decide to buy it.

I hear the news talked about some airlines start the ideas to charge passengers the fee for using their toilets on the airplanes, so I’m thinking I should bring a bed pan to fly with me next time.  I try to be tight on my expense, now some airlines even tight themselves more than I do.  Don’t you see that?

Wow, I hadn’t heard that about the airlines. Instead they’ll have people urinating in their seats :D Times are scary right now and I don’t have hope that any stimulus package is going to ease things much. We need to all just do what you are doing.

      Hello Ms.Scripter!

About the airlines, I just picked up information from my local TV last week.
They said that is the way airline can afford to go on their businees, so they came up with this idea.

I keep pray this idea will not come true.
Because as you said they going to have many passengers make messy on their seats.
I wonder if their air hostesses enjoy their cleaning these seats too, that why they can find the way to charge extra fee.

I’m thinking their next ideas maybe charge for air that passengers have to breath too, who know? :)

Heheheh, I can see the protestors now, handing out bedpans and urinals to people lined up at the boarding gate just before loading the plane up …and the horrified look on the attendants’ faces as the passengers enter the plane holding them, lol. If the airlines ever put a coin lock on the doors they’re gonna be flying empty planes a lot, I bet. Or, as you both point out, very messy ones.
I can’t wait till they add the line to the greeting at the door of the plane, “Welcome to Shameless Airlines…did you remember to …use the facilities before boarding?”

What a classy business move, eh? Sheesh.
    Cheers!

Watch out Pete! soon these airlines may require you to pay for air that you breathe in and out in airplane during your trip , so be preparing to carry your own oxygen tank with you to fly; it will save you some money.

P.S. Please don’t forget to bring your own blanket, pillow, folk, spoon, glass, plate, salt, pepper, and napkins too. Because all of these things the airline already figure out how much the fee they will charge besides the price of ticket. :(
